🏈 Fall Sports Registration & Important Dates

Hello Park Families!!

FinalForms online registration is now open for Cross Country, Football, Soccer, and Volleyball.
Athletes and parents must complete the FinalForms registration to be eligible to participate on the first day of practice.

Before Your Athlete Can Participate:

✅ Current sports physical on file
✅ Student and parent FinalForms completed
✅ Required fees paid

Sports Fees:
• ASB Fee: $15
• Sport Fee: $30

Fees are waived for students who qualify for the 2026–27 Free/Reduced Lunch Program. If you have not completed the Free/Reduced Lunch application, you can apply online or pick up a paper form in the office.

📣 Sports Night

Join us for Sports Night on Monday, August 24 from 6:00–7:00 PM!

We will provide information about fall sports, registration, expectations, and answer any questions families may have before practices begin.
